VALUATIONS FOR SALE

If you are considering selling an item, a Valuer is always available on a Friday at the Hanley Office, Britannia House, 10 Town Road (Opposite the main entrance to the Potteries Shopping Centre) to offer a free verbal valuation and opinion between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Other times by arrangement. (Please use our Glass Street entrance).

Alternatively, if more convenient our Valuer will be pleased to call on you at home, by appointment and usually without charge.

 

VALUATIONS FOR INSURANCE, PROBATE, FAMILY DIVISION AND OTHER PURPOSES

Written Valuations can be carried out efficiently and without delay at competitive rates. We are always pleased to discuss the compilation of a formal valuation for whatever purpose you may require. Should we subsequently receive instructions to sell any item included in the valuation, a proportionate refund of the fee will be made.
